WWZ
Relaunch

WWZ AG has been supplying customers in the canton of Zug and other regions with water and electricity since 1878. Today, the offer also includes gas, heating, cooling and telecommunications. Notch Interactive has designed a completely new website for WWZ and thus set another milestone for the history of WWZ. A new user-centric design, together with a simplified information architecture, creates optimized user journeys and a top-notch user experience.
The Platform
WWZ's website is state of the art: it is clearly and simply structured and supports customers in an emotional way, e.g. with the Conversational Assistant. A quick search offers users suitable results before they have even clicked Enter. Visitors can find the product they need in just a few clicks and, if they wish, are taken directly to the ordering process. In addition, the website's own blog provides exciting stories and interesting information about energy and sustainability.
Ivy – A conversational UI
The Assistant communicates with users and takes them directly and quickly to their desired destination in the form of a conversational user interface.
Entertaining 3D product worlds
On the WWZ website, a series of 3D visual animations bring the abstract product world and range of services to life.
